BBR is currently hiring roofers for our roofing team in Olathe, KS

Requirements of the Roofing Position

  • Ability to work outdoors
  • Not afraid of heights
  • Day to Day Responsibilities of the Roofing Position
  • Show up to job site at the scheduled time
  • Perform duties of laying insulation/installing roofing materials
  • Work on commercial roofing projects with a team of roofers

 

Wages -

Experienced applicants could earn up to $24.00 per hour.  Applicants with zero experience will start at $18.00 per hour.  If you work hard and show up on time your wages could increase within the first 30 days of employment.  Applicants with commercial roofing experience will have a discussion during their interview to agree upon a starting wage.

 

Health Insurance -

Boone Brothers Roofing's insurance program is excellent and includes low co-pays and deductibles. 

 

Life Insurance -

Boone Brothers Roofing offers a $25,000 life insurance policy to all employees who participate in the health insurance program at no cost to the employee.  We also offer Voluntary Supplemental Life Insurance with higher policy coverage for low premium payments.

 

Dental & Vision Insurance -

Boone Brothers Roofing has dental & vision insurance programs that is offered to employees and their dependents for a low premium rate.

 

401K Retirement -

Boone Brothers Roofing offers 401K accounts to their employees after 1 year of employment.  Employees must be 21 years of age to enroll.  Employees can deposit 1% - 16% of their gross pay and Boone Brothers Roofing will match half of their employees' deposits up to 6%.
